Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze of the current performance appraisal system of the nursing personnel, to obtain of the basic data to improve personnel management for the effectiveness of the hospital organization.
For this purpose, we have reviewed and analyzed and evaluated the definition, purpose, method, problem, trend of the study, improvement of the current performance appraisal system.
As the result of this study, it neeeds trainging and education thoughly rather to the
appraisers and employees about the performance appraisal system, the rationaldevices
To merit rating, must merit rating by ability, thus the data and result- of the evaluations of merit should be disclosured.
Therfore the next study will analyze about the devices of the current performance appraisal system of the nurse organizations, will develop the rational devices, will apply and evaluate of the devices in the nursing organizations.
